Middle Secondary School

Keeping in view the CBSE recommended system of Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation, the session will be spread over two semesters:

  • Semester–1: March – September
  • Semester–2: October – February

Students will be evaluated through regular assessment of both Scholastic as well as Co-Scholastic areas.

Scholastic Area:

Part I: Scholastic Areas include two formative assessments and one summative assessment in each term.

  • Formative Assessment (FA) will be on the basis of Weekly Assessments & Activities including Home Work, Class Work, MCQs, Quizzes, Lab Activities, Role plays, Presentations, Conversational Skills, Group Discussions, Multidisciplinary Project etc.
  • Summative Assessment (SA) will be a formal examination at the end of each term for 60 marks.
